  • Rev. Pat Cannon | Lead Pastor

    Pat and Kelly moved to North Toledo in 2011 to begin the work of partnering with their neighbors to create pathways out of generational poverty. Answering God’s call on their lives, they have devoted themselves to accepting and loving the people of North Toledo, helping them to then connect with their Creator.

  • Mark and Shelly Bartlett | Lead Team Members

    Since the start of TNC, they have worked to create safe environments for the youth of North Toledo through programs, mentoring and retreats. In 2019, the Bartletts moved into the neighborhood to be closer to the students. Shelly works full-time as the Director of Ministry Operations and Mark is an elder.

  • Mark Mylek | Elder

    In 1979, Mark’s best friend told him about Jesus. and immediately began studying the Bible. Mark says, “I love the Lord more than anything because Jesus has never left or forsaken me and accepted me as they were and are.” He quickly found/ himself in ministry, working with teenagers for many years. Mark is passionate about leading worship. Mark was called to TNC after seeing the large mission field. He loves God, loves people, and is dedicated to creating disciples.

  • Amy Cox | Children's Pastor & Lead Team Member

    Amy moved to North Toledo in 2021 to live and walk full-time with our neighbors in the ’04. Amy led the home-school co-op for 2 years and became a licensed CMA worker in 2023.

    Amy leads engaging programs for children at That Neighborhood Church. she is excited to be launching a new after-school program that will provide a safe, nurturing, and enriching space for local students to thrive. Creating strong foundations where kid’s learn to love Jesus.

  • Jason and Mona Watkins | Building & Food Services Directors

    Jason and Mona have a deep love for the North end as well as TNC. They are the behind the scenes staff that makes all of what TNC does possible from before and after service’s preparations to day to day maintenance and monitoring of the buildings. Ms. Mona creates the meals and snacks for the children of TNC 6 days a week helping to create our atmospheres of safety, love and provisions.

  • Chuck Connors | Legacy Development

    Chuck has been in full-time ministry for over 35 years as a Pastor and Development Director. When he retired, he linked arms with TNC to assist them in fulfilling their mission in the Vistula neighborhood. Loving God, Loving People and Proving it has been his passion for many years.
